Hello! And welcome to my new travel blog. This will be a place where I put all of my non-Disney related travel tales and pictures. Links to Disney-related trip reports will be placed here for those who may be interested. In fact, here is a fun report I did on our trip to Tokyo Disneyland posted over on MouseOwners (a great website for anyone interested in Disney/DVC related topics).
So why a travel blog? If you're reading this, I assume you know that my husband and I are aiming to see the whole world. (If you're reading this and you don't know me - welcome! Introduce yourself and we'll be friends!) Thus far we have traveled internationally together to Ireland, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, France, Canada, and Japan. We also like to explore our own country, so have done a fair bit of travel within the US, including Hawaii, Yellowstone, big parts of the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast. In 2011 we added a third member to our family, and we've dragged him along on some of our adventures in the hopes that he'll catch the travel bug.
I find that creating a trip report is a great way to both share my experiences with my friends and create a lasting memory for myself. I won't be going back into past trips here. Instead, I'm going to start with the most recent trip, which was to Japan. Where will we go from there? I don't know, but I'm SO EXCITED TO FIND OUT!
